Well, our realtor is going to get the award for the fastest house sale today!!
Our house sold only a few hours after hitting the market. The first and ONLY viewing was before the sign was even up. I am so excited that it sold. God is truly answering our prayers. Now we have a few days of holding our breath until some subjects come off our house and that house we have put in an offer for.
So keep us in your prayers!!
