This morning I woke up thankful for the chirping of little voices in my house, the aroma of fresh made crepes, the sunshine, fresh paska, my washer & dryer, my health, running water...etc.
The list could go on but one thing that really came to me was how Jesus must have felt this day many years ago when he was sentenced to die on the cross. Can you imagine God sacrificing his only Son. Did God wake up thankful that Friday morning?? Through the tears He shed He knew it was the right thing to do.
"For God so loved the world, that He gave is only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16
Think about it, just imagine? We will meet this amazing man in Heaven one day.
Gives me shivers.

Hi Mel, So, my first blog reply I've ever done. I heard it is +23 there and here is is -5. Not fair! Have a great Easter with "Big Kylee". Wish we could be there with you. And the great thing about tomorrow is that "He rose again"! What would we do without God. I know I couldn't survive! Happy Easter and lots of love - Mom
