Today I created my blog space. Welcome to all who dare to enter!!
You are probably wondering why the name "truly makarios"?????
Makarios is the greek word for "blessed". I feel that God has 'truly blessed" my life.
I have a wonderful, supportive, loving, caring husband, Jay. We have 3 children. Two boys, Keegan is 7 and Aiden is 3. We also have a daughter Sarah, 10 months. All are a blessing from God (although some days I'm not so sure!)
We also have a baby up in heaven that one day we will meet. In the spring of 2002 I had an ectopic pregnancy and they had to take the baby at 9 weeks. It was really sad when they talked about seeing the heart beat. It was also really weird to be working in the morning and being in emergency surgery at 6:30!! Now that I have shared a tiny bit of my life, I want to share more. I will keep posting and hoping to hear your comments. Hopefully I can figure out how to post pictures & videos too.

Was great to see your blog! I'm looking forward to future entries and seeing what happening in your family in the beautiful Okanagon! I, too, am very blessed in many ways! One of the greatest blessings is the ongoing special friendship with your mom (since I first met her about 35 years ago)...and being a part of your life since the day your mom announced that she suspected she was pregnant with you...watching you as a beautiful little girl, praying for you through your teenage years...seeing you as a beautiful young bride and now watching you raise your own family...and seeing how God has worked in your life! Long time no talk... I suspect you had a good visit with your mom last month. Great blog site. Some things i didn't know... Link and his band??? Whats up with that? Love their pics though. When did you pierce Sarah's ears? How did she take it? Shawn and Tan Reimer had third boy this week-Pierce Jacob! Started Curves last week...Another attempt at the weight loss saga. Who's the Angel guy you had pizza with in Vegas? never heard of him? Have a great rest of the weekend
